Hello, Gentleman!
I used to be a regular on this forum, but I quit playing guitar and bass, a couple of years ago, and sold most of my gear. I have held onto my gorgeous Warmoth Strat, but I feel that it’s time to do some Spring cleaning, and part it out. As such, I am offering up a Warmoth neck, and a Schaller Floyd Rose bridge.
The neck was manufactured in September 2011, and has the following specifications:
Warmoth Pro Stratocaster
Right Handed
Indian Rosewood Shaft
Macassar Ebony Fretboard (Unique Choice: FB1288)
1 5/8” Nut Width
Standard Thin Profile
SS6150 Stainless Steel Frets
Schaller (25/64”, 11/32”) Tuner Ream
21 Frets
10-16” Compound Radius
No Front Inlay
White Side Dot Inlay
R2 Floyd Rose Nut Prep, with Mounting Holes
25.5” Scale
Standard 4-bolt Neck Pocket
Included with the neck are a set of black Schaller tuners, a black string retainer bar, (Note that I mounted it at an angle, instead of parallel to the nut, as they are usually mounted. I thought that it looked a bit more original this way.) and a black locking nut. The neck does NOT include any headstock decals, neck plates, or mounting screws. The frets are almost brand new, and bear no string wear. They have never been dressed or polished, or modified in any way. The fretboard bears almost no string wear or finger wear, and is also in beautiful, like-new condition. The wood is clean and well-cared for, with only a couple of small dings/scratches.
The original price that I paid for the neck was $522, plus $75 or so for the tuners. I am asking $350, plus shipping, but I will entertain reasonable offers, if I cannot sell. I am not interested in trades.
The bridge is a black Schaller Floyd Rose, with both the original 42mm sustain block, and a 34mm oversized brass sustain block. The bridge is in good condition, with very minimal wear, and no worn out parts. I originally paid $140 for the bridge and $30 for the brass block, but I suppose that the price of these bridges has fluctuated over the years. I am asking $120, plus shipping.
Please let me know if you would like additional pictures, or information.
