I like the XGP strats but the Tele has the bridge too far back on the 2 I have tried. Thats not a problem for intonation but it makes the bridge pickup way to bright YMMV

That actually is perfect as I plan to use a tapped 1/4 pound. We shall see!!

The black sparkle is about where I started (had sprayed up a black sparkle finish myself) and then had a disastrous dip outcome using cheap swirl paint instead of the good stuff. I sanded it down and got the real kind and did a red sparkle finish and dipped which came out good. So a kind of redo.
