I've been without the site all day long!
seems that if I omit www. (which i never type (at least since netscape navigator 2)) it redirects me to http://beta.warmoth.com/default.aspx
adding in the extra bit makes it work.

Firefox 11.0
Windows 7 64bit

I was getting 404 errors for quite a while earlier today, but it seems to be alright now. Perhaps they were doing some server maintenance.

Must have been sever maintenance etc  :icon_thumright:

As I was getting re-directed back to the Warmoth site from here.
So as you do ..... started looking though their showcase.  :glasses9:

To my surprise I saw lots of beauties that I was drooling over, with credit card in hand at the ready.
Then it finally dawned on me  these where OLD showcase item's I was viewing.
Couldn't log on to my account etc etc etc .
Plus at the bottom of each page I was looking at, was a whole lot of gibberish writing.

All good now.

It still redirects for me.  If anyone else is curious the link I'm typing verbatim is http://unofficialwarmoth.com
The body showcase is clearly dated because it's got that batch of sideways turtle'd strat bodies with the battery boxes. I think Cagey picked up one of them.

That link simply opens a new instance of the Unofficial Warmoth Forum for me. Nothing usual about it I can see.

I'm running up-to-date versions of Linux Mint and Firefox.

Interesting indeed. If there's something that can only go wrong to 1% of users, I'll find it.

I only ever use Safari  :icon_thumright:

You may need to update your gear to this ....  :laughing7:

I checked with all my devices.
It works just fine with Win7 64 IE, iPhone/iPad/Macbook Pro Safaris & Macbook Pro Firefox.

Win7 64 Firefox on the other hand is just set on giving me grief.  NoScript doesn't block anything on this site. (and I've got that on my mac as well)

Try closing Firefox normally (using File->Quit), then restart it. You may have some cache corruption.

Good idea.  Even cleared cookies, but to no avail.  I have a workaround, even though it's mildly annoying.  Hopefully there's not other members that wouldn't try variations on the url to get here.

another revelation: if i'm in private browsing mode it works fine, if i'm not it redirects.

The forums were down for a bit very early yesterday morning.  It seems to be a cache issue of some sort as the only people reporting it are people that tried to hit the site while it was down.
