So I know rosewood has been done like a billion times before, and I was originally planning on purchasing a wenge neck with Macassar fretboard. But then I saw this and thought, yeh I'll have that! Went with 6105 gold frets, r4 locking nut and sperzel tuners routing. What are your thoughts?

You may want to do some chin and jaw exercises.
You're going to be smiling a lot very soon.    :eek:ccasion14:

I know Rosewood has been done a billion times, but not all Rosewood is created equal. I agree with Hbom - you're going to smiling a lot when you see that one, I'm sure.

Anyway, here is the body, my apologies it's not a great pic but the website won't let me upload a high res pic. Details for those who want more

So, the neck has arrived and its been fitted and I must say its very very nice. Feels a little like my old prs but less sticky cause it is raw! Thicker than I imagined maybee because the action is quite low but definitely not as thin as an ibanez. I'm in the process of making a control cavity cover out of flame maple, once this is done might even put it in for gotm. Where should I put the next pics, your choice, just out of the box or work in progress?

You know, I've never been a fan of rosewood fingerboards, they look dry to me, but I think I'd make an exception with this one. Great looking piece of wood you got there.

As for posting pics, toss them into the General Discussion area. Nobody will complain.

If you want to post bigger pics may I suggest using a site like imageshack.us to host them. No need to type in www or anything like that, just go with what I gave you there, it should take you to the site.
