      I can't really say how it sounds because my Twin Reverb is on the fritz right now.  The only other amps I have are two small Vox Modeler amps and every guitar pretty much sounds the same through those.  However, I can say that the neck plays perfect right out of the box with no fretwork required.  It practically plays itself.
