RIP Peter Steele (a little late)

It happened a couple of weeks ago, but I noticed nobody said anything here about it so I thought I'd share the official news.

Perhaps not a real Popular band, I know Type O Negative was pretty cathartic for some of boys who spent our adolescence in the 90s.
My first encounter with Type O was the Mortal Kombat movie.  I've been listening to them on and off ever since.

I am saddened to hear this, and thank you as I had not heard.

I have always been a big fan of  Type O Negative,  I listen to their tunes on occasion even now, they wrote some classic tunes in the goth realm and will forever be unequaled in that respect, Peter Steele was a very gifted giant of a man, whose shoes will not be filled, may he rest in peace.
