I'm finally decided on my pickup choices for this W Strat in progress. All Rio Grandes, a Dirty Harry, a Halfbreed and a Vintage Tallboy.
Is there anything wrong with getting them one at a time since they don't have a calibrated set with those specific ones?

Nothing wrong with purchasing parts piecemeal - although you might conceivably convince some dealers to give you a discount on all three at once.    Sounds like a fun strat you're brewing.
