RIO GRANDE TEXAS BBQ SET...ANYONE FAMILIAR?

Have them in several builds and a BBQ 'bucker in the bridge position of my '64 Melody Maker. Highly recommended if you want a hot set of HBs

Thanks...I just spent the whole time after posting this going through threads that pulled up w/a "Rio Grande" search...trying to decide between a RG Texas BBQ Set and a DiMarzio Air Norton/Tone Zone Set.

So far...EVERYONE raves about the Rio Grandes...here...on Harmony Central...

I don't have the TX/BBQ set, but the Mid Bottom Set in my Strat is AWESOME!!!  I also have the Tone Zone/Air Norton in my VIP.  I can make a sound clip if you want me to, just give me a genre or artist you want me to emulate.

Thank for the offer of the clips...fortunately, I'm familiar w/the Tone Zone quite well, not the Air Norton. I've pulled up the DiMarzio Site Sound Clips for the Air Norton. I've also listened to a couple of Texas BBQ Clips on the Rio Grande Site and YOUTUBE. At this point I'm very curious about the Rio Grandes.  :toothy12:
