Wow. That must've been a helluva show. I miss that from back in the '70s and '80s, when bands put on shows instead of just getting up onstage and playing. Back then, you went to a concert and there were things going on. Alice Cooper didn't just stand there and sing. Pink Floyd didn't just get together and do a studio session onstage.

It was a great show, to say the least. Marko and I have a tradition of going to the Queensryche shows, and it's a dang good thing.  :icon_thumright:

I saw Queensryche a few years ago when they were doing a redux of Operation: Mindcrime in preperation for the Mindcrime 2 release. That was a F-ing AWESOME show. Mindcrime is hands down my favorite album, pure perfection.

Queensryche was my absolute favorite for a very long time. I went thru 4-5  cassette tapes back in the day when you had to actually rewind a million times to learn a part. Saw the Mindcrime tour with video int he 80's twice in a week at different venues and saw them a few years ago with the girl who sings on it--forgot her name. Now everybody knows I'm old.

Pamela Moore of the locally famous (in the 80's anyway) Pamela Moore Band
