I wanted to build a hot-rodded strat that had a vintage vibe, but could still hang with my guitars that have humbuckers and Floyd trems.
Alder body in sonic blue gloss. Flame maple neck (my photography skills don't do it justice) with dark Indian rosewood fretboard and mother of pearl inlays.
Duncan hot rails pickups wired to a 3-way switch, with one volume and one tone control.
The hardward is all Gotoh black chrome, inlcluding the 6 screw vintage trem that really feels like a 2 point trem.
