Pot value and tone cap question

I am about to pull the trigger on a dual humbucker partscaster build. I am looking at more of a PRS vibe with this one, and will probably build it around a set of McCartys I have lying around, but I may step up to either Fralin PAFs or Bare Knuckle Mules. I also plan to put an LR Baggs piezo bridge. What values of pots and caps will I need to make this thing sing? I have honestly no idea about this part of the equation, and could use any help y'all are willing to provide.

Only thing I know for sure in there, is you need to go with 500k pots.

FWIW, PRS tends to use 0.22 µF caps

You can find prs wiring diagrams on their website. If I remember righ you gonna need a 180pF as well.
Also stewmac sells a prs kit.  Includes pots, caps, switch and wiring...

With humbuckers you're probably going to want to keep them sounding bright, so 500K pots and a .022uF or smaller cap would most likely be a good start.
