I reached the point that all my pedals spread out on the floor got to be too much of a hassle, so I decided to join the real world and I ordered a Pedaltrain PT Pro board. Today I got all the pedals I want hooked up on it, and it's fantastic. I can't say enough good about these things.

I've had this for a good number of years, when a few friends and I got together on a small group purchase for a really good discount (these things aren't cheap!). What does it sound like? Close your eyes and imagine you're back in a studio or a club standing next to a real Leslie unit with a guitar playing through it. To my ears, it's really that good especially in stereo (awesome). Notice I don't have a phaser on my board - don't need one.
An added bonus with this thing is the real 12AX7 tube inside. Turn the "drive" knob up on the box and you get a mild but pronounced, really fat, tubey overdrive. All in all, it's a really sweet effect and I wouldn't want to do without it. Is it worth the money? I think so. There's nothing else like it.

I have a friend who plays through a real leslie, and I know how they sound, I have never heard a pedal that did it, but someone told me the rotoshere did.
One question, does it spin up and down in speed like a real leslie?

Spin up and down? Yes it does. When switching from "fast" to "slow" or back it ramps up or down gradually in speed like a real counter-weighted speaker does. And it has a "brake" button you can step on to momentarily stop the effect, but again it ramps up and down when you do that. It pretty well nails a Leslie. Again, it's probably only REALLY convincing in stereo, but sounds great in mono too.

And oh I forgot - the Rotosphere also nails the effect of speakers spinning and ramping up and down independently. That sort of completes the effect for me.

I went over to stereo amps a long time ago, and do not run a chorus any more, but my leslie pedal is much lacking, I just have not found a good one yet, So I will go check that one out

now back to the thread, Nice pedal board, how much?

I bought the board (with softshell case instead of the flight case) from Musician's Friend, where it is still ON SALE for $119. Ordinarily $149, so that's a pretty good deal. It's very sturdy and has just enough angle to it to avoid some of that "tap dance" with the upper mounted pedals.

I'm running into two Fender silverface champs ( a little bit modded with 12AT7 preamp tubes for a sweeter clean sound, and Weber/Kendrick 4 ohm 8" speakers).

I have a pedaltrain board as well, it's great to get a clean setup when you can just run the wires under the board.
