It's for Strat.  It's got 3 dip switches on the bottom.
1: Gain
2: Bass
3: Treble

So you can change up the output & the voicing somewhat.  Reminds me of the dip switches that used to be on the top of Seymour Duncan's first set of Active J bass pickups back in the late 80's/early 90's.
