It’s hard to know if they are making fun of him by having him sing when they know he’s a trainwreck, or if he is making fun of them by making a mockery of their game. Either way, it’s a shame.

That was a real low point for the Ozzman. Not only was he a drunk, he was hooked up with a Dr. Feelgood who was prescribing him something ridiculous like 40 pills a day for his tremor. Ozzfest 2003 is considered one of Ozzy's all-time worst tours for how much of a zombie he was. He got sober soon after and stayed cleaned for quite a while.
