Ok, halp. Neck weight? I need a SUPER light Tele neck. Also, wiring?

So, I've been messing around with spare parts that I have, and I ended up putting together a single pickup Esquire-style Tele with a transparent Red body and a black guard.  I put a stacked humbucker Duncan Tele pickup (yes with a brass plate) in the beast, and with a decent (but cheapo) neck on it, it weighs so little it's actually shocking.  I want to keep this super light aspect but put a decent neck on it.  I'm temped to order a Warmoth TV or TM neck for it, but are there other good neck options that are very lightweight?  I can't say that any of my W necks are particularly light.  Also, what are some SUPER light tuners that don't suck?

Aside from that, how would you wire the humbucker?  I want to use a blade switch so it looks authentic.

Can't comment on the neck, but super light tuners that don't completely suck, try sperzel.  I used the open frame locking ones on my 12 string and they are very very light.  They don't really lock for me though.

Here's this bit of q&a from the Hipshot site:

Question:

How much does a Hipshot guitar tuner weigh?

Answer:

Our Griplock locking guitar tuners weigh in at 32 grams each, while the Classic non-locking tuners weigh 29 grams each. In comparison the Schaller m6 Mini weighs 33.83 grams and the Grover Rotomatic weighs 33.73 grams.

For those of us who don't use the metric system, thats just slightly over an ounce.

Bah! humbug! to all you Philistines who shun the metric system.  :icon_jokercolor:

More to the point, there's obviously very little difference in tuner set weights, so use whatever makes you happy. I've never heard of a Tele having a neck dive problem anyway. Even light Tele bodies are heavy compared to necks, and the hanging points are well-placed.

For a lighter neck, I'd recommend a Vintage Modern.  I like the truss rod adjustment at the neck too.
