I had the distinct pleasure while out for a stroll with wifey, to visit The Rehearsal Barn.  This is a top notch facility located in Sumner, Wa, just about 10 miles from Warmoth.

Each room is completely Carvin equipped from P.A. +mics + monitors, to guitar and bass amps, and full drum kits.
They also have a recording studio running Sonar 7 with complete isolation.

I spoke with both owners and they are very polite, professional gentlemen.

I'd encourage anyone within reasonable driving distance from the Seattle/Tacoma area to check them out.
