NOT a flame maple top body !!! Candy Red/Pink finish

So much flame top drama lately, here's a body that doesn't have one  :laughing11:

I got that one 3+months ago from Warmoth and made a few modifications (Fender-style contoured heel and Fender Eric Clapton midboost+battery cavities) to it before sending it to a finishing shop.

I didn't realize 'candy' coating had flakes in it like that. I guess I don't really know what they look like.

Kandy from HOK doesn't have flakes, the metallic paint undercoat does. In my case the undercoat is silver.

They don't: looks like he ordered the standard heel and modified it. I did a similar heel on one of my builds.
