Just received my Ibanez neck from Doug over at Soulmate.  The neck on my Ibanez voyager had some really bad fret-wear so I just decided on a new neck.  Doug was really helpful and patient with me on finding the right wood.

If you are looking for a place to get an odd neck or set neck, that Warmoth does not do, I would highly recommend Doug.

Here are the specs:
Honduran rosewood neck
Pau Ferro fingerboard
Wizard profile
16" radius
22 Jumbo stainless steel frets
AANJ heel

Here is the new neck next to the old neck

Here it is with the Voyager body.  Still not done sanding the body yet.  Body will be finished with Tru-oil

Very nice, Doug is a good guy, and makes some damn fine necks. He made the wenge/ziricote neck for my spalted tele... :headbang1:

Nice looking neck.  Beautiful grain pattern.    You have just reinforced my choice, as Doug is currently doing a neck for me for a warmoth soloist on order.  Should have the neck in a few weeks.    I am glad there are other members dealing with Doug with good results.

Cool neck

Doug is a real great guy to work with.  I think we had about 50+ emails back and forth.

You have to supply the head stock shape, unless it is one he has the template for already.  He already has the Ibanez headstock shape luckily.

I will definitely go with Doug again for a Flying V that needs a set neck.  That one is probably a few years out though.

That's beautiful!  Doug makes awesome necks!  He has some amazing options to offer.
