Got fitted and ordered some JH Audio JH16 Pros today.
Now for a wireless system for them.
Looking at:
Shure PSM 900
Sennheiser EW300 G3.
AKG IVM4500

Letrosonics Quadra is above the pay scale

The Shure is the most widely used, easiest/quickest to replace/rent if for some reason yours should ever (not likely) break down under normal use.

We used to have a "wireless rack".

The upper few rack spaces housed a Furman PL8+ power conditioner, then 3 wireless units.
Right below the 3 wireless units were a breakout box that we got from Middle Atlantic, and installed XLR jacks and we hardwired them to short cables going to the wireless receivers.
Add a vent, between the receivers and the power conditioner and you have a space for not only heat to leave the rack, but also to punch another hole in and send the main power cable from Furman out the front of the rack.  Now, you never have to open the rear lid of the rack, it stays shut for good.

Below that, you can run basically the same setup for Wireless Transmitters for IEM's.

It made setup really easy.  We'd show up to a gig, set the "wireless rack" up at side stage, crew would connect snake inputs from Recievers and then we'd get the "sends" from the snake before they'd hit the monitor power amps.  Actually, during our gigs, the monitor power amps weren't used since we would go with the IEM's.

I love my JH16 Pros. Make sure to give them a good burn in. I always use this link: http://www.jlabaudio.com/burn.php

I've got the PSM900 and have been very happy.
