New Guy, New Build, Quilt Green Strat!

Hi folks,

Long time player (although still not that good!), but first time builder. I am currently overseas with the military and decided to help the time pass with a custom build. I bought the body out of the showcase and most of the hardware as well. The first couple of pics show the showcase photos, the last few are just out of the box with more light. I love it.

Its a routed mahogany body with maple cap. It'll have 3 lace sensors (gold) and a Wilkinson Trem. Black and gold hardware and black pickguard.

I ordered a neck off ebay but then decided to go ahead and order a Warmoth neck. The ebay neck showed up and it's gorgeous but I decided I  want the whole guitar to be  Warmoth. I'm waiting now for the 2nd neck to arrive.

I got a custom neck plate that commemorates my deployment and says Warmoth USA on it as well. Should be fun.

Looks good and sounds like that'll match very nicely with those bits.

Cool .... Green for the camouflage affect  :headbang:  ..... for when out on the field.

Love that green, may be that was the one I wanted to get from the showcase a couple of months back, good you got it! and also decided for a Warmoth neck.
I been getting parts from them since 89/90, at that time they have a printed catalog http://www.unofficialwarmoth.com/index.php?topic=11816.0, they have improved everything, now they have a real customer service 
Hey, hope you can upload the neck plate, I'm looking to get something custom.

Well camo for me would be something in beige, tan, or light brown! There is NO green where I'm at! lol
