Need Help Identifying Specs

Hey all, so I got this bass body from my uncle who passed away and I don't know the exact specs of it and it's driving me crazy. Any help would be appreciated. Woods, finish, model (pretty sure it's p bass), and I guess it has a tremolo? Also how much would this go for? Help lol.

Looks like a P-bass, with J-bass pickup routing and as you said a tremolo, which would be the Hipshot tremolo that Warmoth offers routing for.
The wood looks like mahogany with a very nice flame maple top.
Looks to me to be a top-of-the-line type of body.
Very cool in my book and I don’t even play bass.

As Logrinn says, plus it's a 5-string.

Pricing it up in the builder it comes out to $625 - $670 (it looks to have the 70s pickup reposition, but I'm not sure). To sell, typically half to two thirds of that, though you might get more as it looks to be completely unmolested.

Looks like a Deluxe 5 P bass with a hipshot 5 string Trem bridge rout.

Flame Maple over 1 Piece mahogany back.
