Neck problem?

Ok, so recently I managed to fall over onto one of my guitars, which is pretty bad, except not only did I fall on one of my guitars, I fell on the first one I ever built... I know that I knocked it out of set which isn't a big deal, but it now has a problem that I cannot begin to understand. Somehow the bottom string has dissonance with itself... that is when I play it, it sounds like I am trying to tune a really out of tune guitar. Did I kill my guitar or is this fixable? (Even if I have to buy a completely new neck I am fine with that, seeing as this is my most awesome guitar.) Oh and if this is not the board to post this I am sorry, but I looked for a different board an this seemed like the best one.

maybe your string is buzzing on a fret somewhere on a harmonic?  pics!
That's kind of what I'm thinking too.  Are the frets dented anywhere and did you already try changing out the strings?  Short of cracking the wood I don't think you'd need a new neck.

I can try to put up pics, but I don't think the frets are hitting the string at all (This happens on open notes as well, and it's only the bottom string). And it is VERY possible I cracked the neck wood.
