Natural strats

So I'm building my first warmoth. The thing is I don't have a lot of money so im going to do all the finishing myself. I bought a strat maple Indian rosewood vintage/modern neck and I plan to buy an unfinished roasted alder body. I'm going to finish it all in tru oil and give the body a nice gloss finish with the neck satin. I'm also going to have it an HH strat with a floating tremolo. I would love to see your natural strats so I can feel better about not having the money to afford a finished guitar ha. Hopefully it turns out a real player.

I don't have one but I think roasted alder with clear is gorgeous. Looking forward to seeing yours go together.

Yeah that does look pretty sweet. I'm still trying to decide the color pickguard I want. I'm thinking maybe black with two cream humbuckers?

You know it! I'm having a hard time finding a prewired harness for an HH strat though... Sigler has a 3 way one for 50$ but I question how good they are

I don't know much about pre-wired harnesses. I do all my own wiring. You can do things you won't ever see in a pre-wired harness.
