Here is my first Warmoth build.

The body is a chambered modern strat body,  flame maple on alder. It was one of the showcase bodies.

The neck is a 2004 Fender American Standard neck, maple on maple.

The pickguard is parchment, the pickups are the Seymour Duncan Everything Axe set in parchment.  JB Jr in the bridge, duckbucker in the middle, and Lil 59 in the neck.

The bridge is a Fender American Standard Trem.

Nice.
What is that on the trem springs?

Thanks.

They are a type of spring that is supposed to negate any chime/vibration of the trem springs.  I had them on a different guitar prior to this that really suffered from the existing springs ringing. I liked the effects these had, so I re-used them on this guitar.

I keep the bridge decked, so it is set up essentially as a hard tail. This is just taking it one step further.

I got the springs from a shop on ebay called Monster Bolts,  here is the closest link I could find:

Make sense.  I never had that issue but I am glad there is a solution.  I keep mine decked too.  dive bombs reserved for the FLOYD!

This is a really nice looking guitar (with a good complimentary strap). I don't know how I missed this one before.  Well done.

Also curious what your switches do.

The easiest fix I found for spring noise is cutting a small strip of cloth (old t-shirt) and threadding it through the spring using an old guitar string bent in the shape of a hair pin, then trim off the excess.
Perfectly quiet after that.

Really nice choices there, beautiful results too! IMHO, it puts the fender to shame. Welcome, and good luck with your new axe.
