If you have a caliper, get some business cards and measure them. Sooner or later you'll find one that is 0.010". Hold the E string (either one) down at the 3rd fret with your thumb, use the card as a feeler to see if it will pass easily, snug, or not at all over the first fret. If it is snug, that is about where you want the height of the nut. The LSR is adjustable with 0.005" or 0.010" shims that come with it. Once you get the nut adjusted the way I listed, that is about as close as you can get with an LSR. In my experience with LSR's, it works great at that height.
