LP wiring issue???

so I got pots for my LPS and i got the long shaft Gibson pots. the shafts just look sooooo long when they stick out the top of the body. is this right?. im using standard Gibson speed knobs. it really looks like the knobs will be way off the top of the body.


any advice or corrections would really help me right now. I cant wait to get this baby ready to play!

ok cool. the gibson pots i got only came with 1 nut. i guess ill just get some of the right nut so i can make this work.
