I'm doing my first build (tele) and I'm looking for a schematic it is a humbucker bridge (Seymour Duncan custom 5) a tele neck (dimarzio true velvet t) with a tele style 3 way switch. If any of you guys that are good at this stuff could help me I'd be forever grateful.
Run the output of the switch to the tip terminal of the jack, and all grounds to the sleeve terminal.
You may want to consider placing a resistor across the jack, to load the pickups a bit, since you don't have any pots. Guitars tend to sound like ice picks without a little load.
You might want to bookmark the Seymour Duncan wiring site. It's an incredible resource, even if you don't use their pickups.
It's helpful to think of any pickup that you're not going to split coils on as single coils. Tie things off in such a way as to end up with a hot and common.
