Lefty Strat loaded pickguards

Anyone know where I can get a loaded pickguard for a lefty strat?

Not a cheap one, but I know that Pete Biltoff from Vintage Vibe guitars will assemble you a loaded strat pickguard (left handed).  Price is $ 225 up depending on pickups, and pickguard material. 
It would be cheaper to assemble it yourself.
