So i put this guitar together around 2002 or so. The neck originally came without face dots but that drove me nuts, so after a while i took a dremel and installed some pearl dots myself.

Body:
1 piece Swamp Ash
contoured heel
Mary Kay White (Warmoth finished)

Neck:
Quartersawn Maple
Pau Ferro fingerboard
standard thin contour
1 11/16" nut
Graph Tech black (installed by me)
(cant remember fret size, but they are small)
I finished the neck myself using StewMac spray laquer

Hardware:
Vintage 6 hole trem
chrome hardware
Sperzel tuners
Seymore Duncan Vintage Staggered Left Hand pickups

Other than the contoured heel, the guitar is very much a vintage style guitar. It plays like a dream. Better than ANY Fender i have ever picked up!

Enjoy!

Looks great, but did you use your Mac's built in camera? The image seems to be reversed...

Hehe, funny guy!!

Here's a pic circa 2002 with her original white pickguard and white knobs/pickup covers (they are parchment now).

Tortoise guard looks much better, helps hide the fact that it's a Mary Kaye finish (this just in, I don't care for that finish)

Ha, meanwhile, I like the white (I'd like single ply even better :p) because it accentuates the finish  :eek:ccasion14:
