I installed Dimarzio's new "Area '67" pickups in the neck and middle positions of my 1990 Fender Strat, and they sound awesome. They actually sound like REAL single-coil pickups, but with NO hum.  All the other "stacked" hum-cancelling single-coil pickups I've tried were always lacking in high-end, and it was imposible to get that Strat "quack" out of them. Those issues no longer exist with these new Dimarzios...

I was thinking about getting the area T pickups for my tele.  hopefully they are as good as the 67
