Jaguar bass bodies

Hey. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place that will build a rear routed Jaguar bass guitar body. I'm looking into one for a build, and I know Warmoth can't do one at the moment. I have been in contact with KnE for something else, and I will still use them for that, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any other body makers that will make a Jag bass body.

There was talk about it before but I haven't seen any hard proof of it
existing.
Keep an eye out over the next year to see if it ever happens.

The reason I asked here is because I talked to Spike yesterday, and he said the same thing. If I could have gotten it from Warmoth, I would in a heartbeat.

Got ya. I have a feeling that come time to start really thinking about a Jaguar, I'll be picking up a discarded body from eBay and overhauling it into a half-Moth.

why not a jaguar guitar?
you get the same body shape but you can put two extra strings on it!

I've seen this guy on ebay for quite some time. http://myworld.ebay.com/smctekguitars/ I think I saw a Jag-ish looking bass body in one of his auctions.

Please be aware this is an early prototype.  There's a lot of QC testing that needs to be done before this becomes available.  To be very clear, Spike's answer is completely accurate, we don't have a release date for this yet.

To be clear this is a mixture of Jag/Jazzmaster and is a 34" scale body.

I'm not a fan of how close the neck pickup is to the edge of the pickguard.
That would bug the hell out of me when using the pickup as a thumbrest. :dontknow:
