I did this yesterday when I was falling asleep. I had an idea and I thought I'd record it for later when I was awake, so I just started Reaper and played. This is the whole thing, from start to finish. It took me a hell of a lot longer to add the piano, lol. It's impossible to stay with the time sig, because I just played what I wanted to, dropping and adding beats anywhere it felt right, and with no sense of time at all, really. I quite like this, and could never replicate it.
I played my magical Tele, the one whose back was painted 40 years ago by my friend who did Harley gas tanks for the Jefferson Airplane.
If it doesn't sound like a Tele, that's because it has a Strat pickup at the neck.
