Was playing around with a bridge HB ceramic magnet, with ~ 18.7k ohm DC resistance on the wind.
It’s so hot that with the pup lowered as much as possible and the volume knob at 10 theres a good amount of break up / saturation from clean signal
It’s the hottest wound pup I’ve tested by about 6k ohms.
how do you tame or harness such power?
