You know I just put together an IKEA kitchen at my shop. It's pretty small (a couple cabinets and a mini-fridge) but I have to say that once you've got the wall bracket hung and level the rest is pretty lego like. An IKEA guitar - especially an acoustic - would certainly be an interesting exercise in flat-packed engineering...
