That sounds great, I'd love to meet him! I actually have a plan... Late great Eddie Bertrand's guitar is currently owned by Bruce of the Reef riders, and I'm dying to play it... He offered to let me come hang at his place and mess with his gear, and I'll certainly see if he could entertain the three of us. He has a few old Fender amps, we could just hang out and play. Bruce is a great guy, and my Dad plays too... Should be a ton of fun, if it works out for both of you. Early October? Between the 6th and the 11th perhaps? That would be ideal for me, but I'm not sure who will be available when. I've got to practice, I'll just embarrass myself if I show up playing like I do now. :icon_biggrin:

Hopefully the jag will be done by then, and if so, she's coming along. I should take some pictures of the jag across the country. I'll be making stops in the desert, the grand canyon, bay area, possibly even Las Vegas... Could be a cool project. We'll see...

And the group picture will be beautiful. For sure.

Those dates in October work pretty well for me.  You might want to hit the Mermen show at the Stork Club in Oakland October 1, however.  Make sure you mention this to Baggy.
