We have a Queen Jr.  The position is called the Governor General of Canada.  He (or she) is the queen's representative.  They essentially have no power except when the government is deadlocked on something (like maybe healthcare? ).  Then they can break the tie so things can move on without much disruption  :icon_thumright:
