400 watts Bridged Mono Peavey Solid State  Amp with a Peavey  Rockmaster tube front end, run through 600 Watt peak watts EV Force 15 Sunn 2x15 cabinet.
Actually, its not ttotally "loud"- guess the speakers are inefficient, or likely the tuned ported cabinet is a mismatch for the EV speakers.
It is not the greatest tone, as you can imagine, howver its infinite sustain, and doesnt lack articulation.

That's Nucking Futs!  Fer Realz.

I cant stop playing it. Its alot of fun. It is very loud, but not over the top. Its like a wall of Marshalls in a can- like you'd hear at a rock concert, only in small scale. Ive just been doing these super  long  loud  sweet sustaining  very rich harmonic  singing feedback single notes all night.-a blast!
It actually does sound very very good for rythym. I really am liking it. The amp- all 400 watts of it- has little  of its own tone, and its all anolugue from the 80's  so it isn't overtly edgy or shrill. The Rockmaster  tube pre-amp provides the fundamental tone, which is cool.
It'll never be a tone monster, but its a rock monster!

That cab is awesome! The bassist in my band got a similar cab, a Sunn Model 4, an upright 4X10. He runs an Ampeg head through it and it sounds Gangsta! Yeah we got a sense of the amp pushing the speakers too hard or something. Every time we play that thing there's something about the sound that's fun! I'm glad to see another one of those old Sunns out there. Awesome rig.

BTW, cool strat.
