I haven't tried 'em, but I like the home-made vibe the guy's going with.  Wacky stuff going on there, and I lack the knowledge of electronics to make any predictions as to the likely results - but it's cool and fun because it's clearly one guy doing what he thinks might be interesting, rather than spewing out yet another PAF clone, yet another 65 Strat clone, yadda yadda.

Nice sound, now any guitars out there with these pickups? Thinking about those 6 wound coil single coils for my 2nd build late next year
