how to adjust the 7 string neck truss rod ??

i have my 7 string neck here and the truss rod enterance is at the bottom of the neck ,,and after i put my guitar together i would not be able to acces it unless i remove the neck again,,
and if it is straight and ready to use and i installed it will i need any adjustments ?

no not really its a first time for me,oh a heel adjusting neck i didnt know what it was called ,thx
but after installation if i want to make a modification how will that be done ?

You have to remove the neck to make truss rod adjustments, unless you have a truss rod slot on the body.
