Loose frets aren't uncommon in ebony, its some dense stuff. Try reseating it with a plastic faced hammer (hit square, not with the corner of the face or it may dent the fret). Another method is to spread the load over a few frets with a piece of metal so they come out even. Worse comes to worse a spot level would fix it, but that's still a newer Warmoth fret job.
