Help with H/S/H wiring

Hey all, I am new here and have a question about a little project I have going. I have a pair of pearly gates and a single coil fender pup that I would like to wire to a 5 way super switch. I am using the super switch so I can get as many configurations as possible. I would like to keep the 1 volume and 2 tones, and I have a push pull pot if needed. Yes, I have looked online for diagrams but have not really found this setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which "Superswitch" are you planning on using?
