Looks like the Pacer Deluxe/Focus 3000 to me. From the Vintage Kramer website.

I had one of those but black and Rosewood fretboard and had the pointy headstock with the Big K little R logo. That's one that I shouldn't have let get away. Very nice guitar.

Thanks. I searched and googled a lot but found ID'ing the guitar quiet confusing. Different headstock shapes ... w/wo pickguards etc etc.

Maybe I take a shot of buying it. We'll know in a weeks time.
