Help pulling tele neck p/u wires

I have a maple on swamp ash tele body with top route. I'm having difficulty pulling the p/u wires from the neck p/u to the control cavity. I fished a guitar string through the route and pulled the first wire through by taping it to the guitar string, but need to get 2 more pulled. The tape just slips when I try to pull the 2nd wire when the wire reaches the bend in the route. The 2 wires are cloth covered from a Lollar neck p/u, so are a little fat.  I have 3 wires because I'm going to a 4 way switch. Any pointers will be much appreciated.

the technique is to tape all the wires to your pull-line and pull them all at once.  In extreme cases I've soldered them together and onto the pull line (in my case a piece of 22 gauge solid core wire) then covered that with tape.

Thanks, Mayfly.  I did manage to get the other two through, the 2nd by taping it to the end of a slightly larger pull wire.  Then I soldered the third to the pull wire and it came through.  Next time, I will bundle the three wires together as you suggest.

Yeah, the hole gets increasingly smaller and obstructed doing it one at a time, often to the point of making it an impossible task.

I'm not a stickler for "vintage" or OEM design parameters, so sometimes if I even think I might have a problem I'll drill the hole out a size or two larger. A set of "aircraft" drill bits comes in real handy for that.
