Has anyone heard of HelloMusic?

What is this?  Has anyone here used it?  It says it's free to sign up, but a lot of the time that means "free to sign up to our mailing list so we can spam you constantly, but you'll have to pay to use any of the features on our site." I was just wondering if anyone had heard of it before.

there are to many free sites out there
many may rehash each other, but a lot of pay sites do too
