Guitar Center is doing their KOTB's contest again this year after a 2 year hiatus. Anyone here ever enter or plan on entering it this year???

didnt jack? you know, jack butler? i think his prize was something along the lines of signing a contract on a crossroads in tchula Mississippi? now he plays every night at some club doing crazy blues solos. and every once in a while, he'll get a challenge by someone to "duel". i heard he is really quiet and has a reserved personality, like he's missing something... something important...  :evil4:

just an update...my dad entered this with his warmoth and so far has taken first place in round one and round two....the regionals are on sept 30th so we'll see how that goes.

Southern California...He lives in Garden Grove and played at the Fountain Valley store, The regionals are next and they happen to be held at the Fountain Valley store as well. The semis are at the Hollywood store and not sure about the grand finals....one step at a time.

Hannaugh you should try and make it out....not to far from where you live and there will be some great guitarist.

Taking Warmoth guitars to guitar center to try out amps almost makes the GC experience fun!
