GOTOH SIDE-ADJUSTER

Hi so i have a warmoth pro neck with the truss rod side adjuster. Is there anthing i should do to it before adjusting the truss rod? Right now the action is to high for me but when i lower the bridge saddles the strings start to buzz around the middle frets(7-10), how would i go about fixing that with this type of neck?

The necks I've gotten from Warmoth all came with instructions for the "side-adjuster", but I am so set in my ways, I just keep using the one at the heel.  :laughing7:

I think I recall the instructions saying to loosen the strings before using it.

If your strings are buzzing in the middle, chances are good the neck has some bow to it and needs to be relieved. Turning the side adjuster counter-clockwise should do that for you. Shouldn't need a great deal of adjustment, so go slowly.
