This one was about a year ago, but I just remembered it and thought I'd share.
I had been giving my kid sister (10 at the time) guitar lessons on a Squier Mini in my free time. She has since dropped guitar and become pretty amazing on viola, but whatever. She broke her e string so we packed up and headed to Guitar Center for a pack of Slinkys.
On a whim, I handed her an SG and plugged her into a 100W Marshall head and a couple 412 cabs and cranked it to 11. She proceeded to pluck out a very metal version of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," which I had taught her that morning. GC employees came running to find out what the hell was going on and a few customers poked their head around the corner like I had just started playing "Stairway to Heaven," or something and found a ten year old girl in pink sneakers playing a $1500 guitar.

Try it sometime. It makes for a good time.
