This is an awesome body, but I want a hardtail for alternate tunings. So here is my eBay listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/121628316973?

For sale is an extra light Swamp Ash Warmoth Strat body, with a complete chrome Gotoh 1088 trem system (routed for custom by Warmoth). The body weighed at 3lbs 2oz before I had Warmoth do a universal pickup rout, battery box and charcoal frost finish. Please note the single battery box rout on the back, this is great for active pickup systems if you choose. I will ship this body with the Gotoh battery box, trem cover/screws, and neckplate/screws seen in the photos. Also, the buyer will receive the installed Straplok buttons (nickel) for his/her convenience. I do tech work at a local small music shop and I can assure you the quality of this body, as well as the drill holes and strap button install. If you have any questions, feel free to message me. This item will ship in a proper, Warmoth issued box with ample packing material. NOTES: The pink 'postits' keep the trem from putting pressure on the finish without strings. There are no nicks or physical damage. I am only selling this body because I want a hardtail for alternate tunings. This body has GREAT tone and is the PERFECT weight with the trem system. It deserves to be played.

Alright, because of time constraints, my eBay listing lacked proper pictures initially. The listing is updated now with these photos and shows the items that will ship to the buyer.

Thanks for looking!  :eek:ccasion14:

BTW, the Gotoh 1088 is a really good trem. It's not as well known as other Gotoh trems like the 510 because it's really only available through Allparts. But, I chose this bridge because it sounds really good and comes stock with the bent steel saddles with the 'V' crimps (functional and sound great). It's used by a boutique guitar builder named Don Grosh who prefers its tone. My shop carries Grosh guitars, which is why I chose this bridge over others. Again, I'm only selling this because I prefer hardtails for alternate tunings..

Damn. Wish I'd have seen that last price drop.

Ah, well. Congrats to whoever got it. That's gonna be a nice fiddle.
