Putting up this 2021 Gibson J45 with an Adirondack Red Spruce top. Typically J45s have Sitka Spruce, but this one came with an Adirondack Red Spruce top. Its possible it was just an "error" at the factory, as it also has a Custom Shop logo on the back of the headstock where it meets the beginning of the neck. This guitar has been an absolute workhorse the last 3 years. The tone is sweet, powerful, articulate and dynamic...at first strum in the store I knew it was coming home with me.
Adirondack Red Spruce with Mahogany body and neck. Rosewood fretboard with some nice coloring. Rosewood bridge. LR Baggs VTC pickup.
Setup with 11 gauge acoustic with low action...plays incredibly smooth and fast. Slim Taper neck profile, 1.75 nut width.
It's in great condition with light play wear...some wear (dulling finish) around the forearm area and some fine superficial marks that won't photograph. Some marks on exterior of case.
Comes with OHSC and case candy.
SOLD shipped to CONUS. No trades. Local pickup in NJ welcome.
