Fret leveling for SSB neck 32" scale

Hi Folks.  I'm working on my new Warmoth SSB build.  It's a SSB G4 body with a 32" scale neck.  I'm trying to get nice easy to play low action.  I've got the neck set to have just a bit of relief.  There are a few frets that are buzzing.  Adjacent frets do not buzz.  I've used a fret rocker and have determined uneven fret height...i.e., fretting 7th fret causes buzz.  Using Fret rocker I've determined 8th fret is higher than 7th and 9th.    The 8th fret is the worst one.  A few others have minimal rocking with the current adjustments.

I'm thinking about adjusting the 8th fret with a 'fret kisser' which allows gently filing a single fret ..https://www.stewmac.com/Luthier_Tools/Tools_by_Job/Tools_for_Fretting/Leveling/StewMac_Fret_Kisser.html

I've leveled, crowned and polished frets on my other Warmoth necks which are all 24 3/4".  For determining when the neck is perfectly straight, I've always used a notched straight edge https://www.stewmac.com/Luthier_Tools/Types_of_Tools/Straightedges/Precision_Notched_Straightedge.html

If I wanted to level frets for the entire neck, I don't know how to know that I have the neck perfectly straight because I can't find a notched straight edge for 32" neck.  I've seen them for 30" and 34/35".  Does anyone know where I might find a notched straight edge for 32" neck?

I'm interested in thoughts / suggestions regarding doing a single fret fix (which I hope would remain a single fret fix and not a new can of worms).

just for others that may be looking for information about fret leveling.. here's a thread I did a while back many have found useful

Thanks for your input here, Ron. When I first got the bug for putting my own guitars together I learned a great deal from you over on tdpri.com.

For those not familiar with Mr Kirn, he's an absolute master of the craft.

Thank you Ron and Fat Pete for your replies.  I'll definitely check out the info via the links you've provided.
